  • What you will study

    This course is split into six manageable units, covering topics such as:

    • Introduction to Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND)
    • Living with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
    • Principles of promoting person centred approach for individuals with SEND
    • Understanding Equality and Diversity in context of SEND
    • Understanding SEND and learning.
  • Entry Requirements

    To qualify for a FREE online learning course, you must:

    • be aged 19 years or over
    • have lived in the UK for the last three years, or be able to prove your residency status, for example, indefinite leave to remain, settled status or you are an Asylum seeker who has been in the UK for more than 6 months
  • Assessment

    Studying online means you can choose when and where you study. We ensure you get all the support you need throughout your course in the form of a personal Tutor and a Learner Support Advisor.
